Brand Marketing manager

Then you will be our new Brand marketing manager

As Brand marketing manager, you will lead a team of people and lift them to the next level. You will be responsible for our brand both strategically and operationally. 

• Gather insights on our consumers, the brand & the performance of our campaigns versus clear KPIs to inform our local strategy - especially during the annual business planning process. 

• Define the full activation approach for each of the categories in the Miele portfolio, covering owned, earned, shared & paid media.  More particularly covering media campaigns, content strategy, events, social media, PR, influencer marketing and shopfloor activation for our own & 3rd party shops. 
• Lead the developments of briefings to media & creative marketing and communication objectives are clearly outlined, starting from business objectives of the category team.  
• Execute with excellence this annual activation & media plan leveraging the global communication approach & campaign calendar, together with your team. 
• Determine the required budget to achieve the objectives and monitor it closely. 
• Lead & inspire a team of 4 passionate marketers to achieve great results 
• Collaborate with the Category, Digital and Sales teams locally and the Content team on a Global level to deliver fully integrated plans that support our business objectives.

The Brand marketing manager we are looking for:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
• At least 8 years of experience in Brand Management roles (premium brands and retail marketing is a plus) and working with media agencies directly
• Enjoys to transform data into insights to build performant brand strategy
• Expertise in building content & connection strategy (retail marketing experience is a plus)
• Strong storyteller & influencer (working with local & global stakeholders)
• Excellent project manager & solid people manager
• Solid experience in Digital (media)
• Growth mindset
• Fluid in NL and/or FR and ENG
