As Head of Omnichannel - Performance Marketing you are responsible for driving immediate and measurable on/offline activations and conversions. The ultimate goal is a continuous optimization of the on/offline campaigns and measurements for maximum efficiency across all channels.
You will mainly work on the Consideration/Conversion part of the Customer Journey.
Together with the Head of Brand and Head of Content Management you will ensure consistency and delightful experiences across all channels and customer trust-touchpoints.
What you will be doing:
Performance Marketing
- Develop on/offline advertising campaigns across different channels, like SEA, social media advertising, EDM’s, CEP,…
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond, to meet key performance metrics in full alignment with HQ plans and benchmarks.
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve ROI, CPA, ROAS and CPO.
- Allocate budgets and analyse and recommend modifications to ad spends. On a long-term contributing to an attribution model approach.
- Collaborate with content management team to guide A/B tests, incrementality tests and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify for best-in-class effectiveness and efficiency.
- Test new channels and trends in full alignment with HQ.
- Work in cooperation with Publishers/Retailers/Trade Partners to develop on/offline advertising campaign to drive efficient conversions.
Data Analysis
- Define precise metrics to evaluate marketing activities and monitor them to measure their
- direct impact on specific actions and conversions.
- Define precise and sustainable targeting and segmentations.
- Provide transparent, tangible and quantifiable data to assess the effectiveness of the strategies and make data-informed decisions.
Media Agency Management
- To work with local agency partner to maximize impact and efficiency on media investments in full alignment with internal stakeholders and global guidance.

The Head of Omnichannel - Performance Marketing we are looking for:
- Holds a Master’s Degree, preferably in economics
- Has a proven track record with Omnichannel Management preferably in the durable consumer goods sector
- Good knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Bloomreach or similar, Google Analytics…is a prerequisite
- Has experience with or understanding of relevant systems and IT tools
- Is fluent in Dutch, French and English, and has excellent presentation skills
- Is customer-focused and has a pragmatic attitude
- Solid collaborator & influencer, used to working in an international set-up.
- Is a strong decision-maker with commercial business feel.
